This minimalist mini home is great for modern people. The house is built in a cubic shape with a pitched roof.

The house has two sleeping areas (loft) - above the kitchen and above the bathroom. A functional bathroom with space for a washing machine. High ceilings and a large window in the living room overlooking the terrace create a sense of spaciousness.
SIMPLIFIED COORDINATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION BOARD
For a prefabricated house with a building area of 60 m2, a building permit is not required.
Development of documents for approval by the construction board is already included in the price of the basic set of the house.
